I think our favorite side trip this summer was our week we spent in Vermont! We LOVE Vermont! When Andrew found out that we were going, he was most excited about Aunt Sue Sue's garden. I have a boy who loves "gardening" and loves eating beets. Ethan was eating the cherry tomatoes as quickly as he could get them off the vine. And when he ran out of red ones he was quite happy to pick her green ones! :)

ha ha ha! I love that Ethan went on to the green tomatoes...and Andrew is a beet eater!!!! Miss Tanya loves beets, too...and I am going to roast some this afternoon. ;-)
Those are BEAUTIFUL photos, Patty. I especially love the one of the beets under the water -- so cool! But, your Aunt's garden is amazing....and the perfect spot for you open-minded eaters to choose their food.

Suzie's gardens are just SOOO beautiful! It is uncanny how much she resembles your Mom. I love that your boys are "veggie lovers!" All the photos of Vermont are spectacular!
